Life, having you send a scale probably would have been faster - my scale was shipped to the wrong address so had to be reshipped. So, I am a week behind my planned schedule but an extra week is minor to the time I have waited for tx. However, I am very much looking forward to being able to start tx soon, and hopefully be hepc free very, very soon. take care! The following user(s) said Thank You: Life

mgalbrai, looks great. Thanks for sharing. It is too late for me as i just finished my encapsulating yesterday afternoon - by hand - but I am sure it will be useful for others. Thanks again. Gary The following user(s) said Thank You: mgalbrai

The best tip I have, and cheap: Get a plastic straw and cut the top diagonally so that the end looks like a pointed scoop. The size of the straw should be small enough to fit into the capsule. Scoop powder into capsule. No spillage! dt
